About usage limits

Every account has a ceiling on how much it can generate in a rolling 24-hour window. Hitting it is not a judgement about you or about what you were asking. It exists so that a runaway loop or a mistake cannot run up an unbounded bill.

What happens now

Nothing you have written is lost. Your conversations, including the message that was refused, are saved and will be there when the window resets.

This is a private deployment with a small number of users. If you have hit the limit and the thing you were working on matters, contact the person who invited you and ask them to raise it.
